India Pale Ale ABV 6%
An India Pale Ale in the lower ABV range, kettle hopped with Citra to an IBU in the upper 70's.
Vienna Lager ABV 5%
An amber lager with malt-sweet aroma and slight toastiness. A lingering off-white head with medium carbonation.
Schwarzbier ABV 4.6%
A clear black lager with a lasting tan head. Coffee-like roast aroma followed by light sweetness. Clean malty flavor with a dry finish.
Witbier ABV 5.6%
A Belgian witbier with spice and fruity aromas from the yeast and the zests of grapefruit, lemon, lime and orange.
New England style IPA ABV 7%
A New England style IPA, generously dry-hopped and characterized by intense citrus fruit flavors hidden beneath its opaqueness.
American Light Lager ABV 3%
A pale American light lager with a lower malt aroma and a clean refreshing finish. With fewer calories and a lower ABV, it’s a highly carbonated thirst quencher.
Czech-style Pilsner ABV 5.6%
A clear pale pilsner made in the traditional Czech style with Saaz hops. This creamy smooth refreshing brew with a crisp balance of toasted sweet aromas and gentle hop flavor is a crowd pleaser.
Milk Stout ABV 5.8%
A smooth, sweet milk stout powered by notes of roasted chocolate and caramel malt.
Saison ABV 9%
A maltier and higher alcohol version of a
Saison, introduced just in time for its translation "bug season".
Amber Ale ABV 6%
Made of Non-Gluten Ingredients. A sorghum based amber ale made with dark Belgian candied sugar and honey.
Belgian Tripel ABV 9.3%
A juicy Belgian Tripel ale, slightly darker than a classic Tripel from substituting dark maple syrup for cane sugar. Notes of coriander and citrus. Given the high ABV without the alcohol heat, it's a smooth sleeper.
California Common ABV 5%
This California Common style beer merges lager yeast with ale fermentation temperatures, creating a smooth and tasty brew that follows techniques originating from the gold rush era. A deep copper color reflects the balance of toasty and maltiness with the slightly woody and spicy aroma from the Northern Brewer hops, a signature of the style. Hint of caramel sweetness at first taste.
Märzen ABV 5.8%
A medium bodied copper colored lager with light bread crust notes, herbal sweetness, low hop bitterness & flavor. This original Oktoberfest style is slightly heavier than the modern Festbiers, but its rich, smooth mouthfeel makes for an enjoyable brew.
Dark Strong Ale ABV 11.2%
This big-bodied beer is best enjoyed slightly warmer than how our cooler beers are served. So warm up that tulip glass in your hands and enjoy the nose of the toasted malt and fruity aroma of this dark brew. The well-integrated higher ABV finishes on the sweeter side with a complex and lingering fruity taste.
